In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness, throughout the month of October, Bar Margot in the Four Seasons Atlanta will be featuring a signature drink the ” Blush Angel”. Made with Vodka garnished with petit roses. Some of my Blogger friends and I decided to visit and indulge in the signature drink to support the great cause that comes with it.
While enjoying this pretty pink drink, we were blessed with some of what we thought were going to be small bites but turned into a spread of different Bar Margot menu items. We are seated in a small lounge area with the buzz of many that are here from out-of-town. We are greeted by our server Esou who has to be the most pleasant person that I have ever met. With his big intoxicating smile he informs us of what is to come.
We start with a deviled egg tray that is garnished with prosciutto. Next we have some Broccoli and Cauliflower with a caper sauce over Ricotta.
Next placed in front of us is a Charcuterie and Oysters. The Charcuterie board filled with pickled veggies and cured meats accompanied with fresh fruit and cheeses.
We hear that there is a drink that is made in a brass swan. What could this be and what will it look like we think……. Esou arrives with what is a Swan filled with cocktails to serve our party. Our cocktails are poured into Moscow Mules for our enjoyment.
Soon after our cocktails are poured muscles arrive to the table.
As if all that has been had wasn’t enough, we are now graced with some wonderful deserts……..
