For all of my vegans out there who have a love for Sushi but you find that creating rolls is a chore, here is an easy and delicious way of having your Sushi and eating it too….. Enjoy!!!!
INGREDIENTS:
Julienne
1 carrot
1 red bell pepper
1 cucumber
red cabbage
spinach
Marinade Baby Bellas (in soy sauce)
Brown rice (cooked according to the directions on the package)
3 sheets of Nori cut into squares
DRESSING:
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/4 rice wine vinegar
splash of Siracha
1 tablespoon of sesame
1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
DIRECTIONS:
Place the spinach in the bowl, then add the cooked brown rice. Assemble the julienne veggies around the sides of the bowl, and place the marinated mushrooms on top of the veggies, garnish with cilantro. Once ready to eat, add all of the ingredients of the dressing and whisk. Pour the dressing over the contents of the bowl. Place the Nori squares on a plate and assemble the sushi without rolling. Eat and enjoy……..
