My Top Restaurants Choices In Atlanta

The year is coming to an end and I have been blessed to be able to eat at several restaurants in and around Atlanta.  I thought that I would take the time to share with you which ones I would recommend.  There are restaurants that fit into everyone’s budget. With there still being time to catch up with family and friends, the restaurants that I have listed would be great choices before the year ends.  Several restaurants in the Atlanta area will be offering a New Years Eve celebration like Bar Margot as well as STK to name a few. I want to thank all of my viewers as well as followers for supporting what I do throughout this past year, and I look forward to writing more in the New Year.

$$ Lets start with Kouzina Christos.  This quaint little Greek restaurant is located at 1453 Terrell Mill Rd. SE Marietta.  I would definitely recommend this restaurant to those that are Vegetarian and looking for an amazingly delicious meal.  The menu options are great from the Spanikopita to the Falafel Gyro.  And if you are ready to satisfy your sweet tooth, then I recommend the Baklava.  Parking is convenient and the staff is welcoming.  On occasions, there is an artists playing Greek music for your listening pleasure.

$$ Second on my list would be Satto Thai & Sushi Bar located at 768 Marietta St. NW Atlanta.  This place has the most affordable sushi and it’s delicious as well.  Satto has vegan as well as vegetarian options and so many sushi rolls on the menu that it is hard to choose.  The beer selection is great, with Japanese as well as Thai beers available.  The price point is amazing and if you are a college student, I would recommend checking this spot out.  They offer a student discount.

$$$ Lets move on to my third choice which would be Nakato Japanese Restaurant located at 1776 Cheshire Bridge Rd NE Atlanta.  I had the pleasure to be invited to a menu tasting in their Tataki room.  What an amazing experience.  Reservations can be made for a family of 4 to 6, or for a girls night out in the Tataki room.  You have a private server and a meal that is memorable.  The price point varies here.  The Tataki room quite naturally is a bit more expensive than dining in the main dining area, but well worth every penny.  Habachi as well as sushi is served.  The menu options are endless and there is something for everyone.  Valet parking is available and I would recommend making a reservation because this place stays packed with newcomers as well as veterans.

$$$ My fourth choice of fabulous restaurants in Atlanta would be Cape Dutch located at 1782 Cheshire Bridge Rd NE Atlanta.  This South African influenced cuisine will have you coming back for more.  The food is decadent, and the wine is delicious.  Being a wine connoisseur, I found the selection of South African wines as well as others from around the world were superb.  The ambiance and decor are magnificent, and the food, well nothing short of perfect.  This is a great meeting place, or if you are longing for a private dinner, Cape Dutch can surely accommodate.  There is valet parking available and reservations are recommended.

$$$$ STK Atlanta is a great choice for amazing choice cut steaks as well as Seafood.  The service is impeccable for a fine dining experience.  Located in the heart of midtown at 1075 Peachtree St. NE Atlanta, STK is a go to after a hard day at work, or if you are in the mood for an intimate dinner.  From the baked cauliflower to the perfectly cooked Salmon, the menu options are endless.  Be sure to try the freshly baked loaf that is accompanied by a parsley oil for dipping.  Valet parking is offered as well as reservations.

$$$$ Last but certainly not least would be Bar Margot located in the Four Seasons Hotel, 75 14th St. NE Atlanta.  Bar Margot is so convenient for those that are staying at the Four Seasons hotel and they welcome guest that are not staying as well.  There is plenty of seating to choose from, whether you choose the bar area, or the lounge area just outside of the bar.  My party and I decided to sit in the lounge are, great choice.  We had a great view of the beautiful lobby while enjoying the buzz of those whom just arrived into town as well as those who spoke highly about the amazing food that was offered.  We started with signature cocktails that were followed with amazing starters and finished with pastries from the amazing Executive Pastry Chef Lasheeda Perry.  Parking is available by way of valet.
