Hello, My name is Rochelle and this is my story.  I decided way back in 2000 that I had to make a drastic lifestyle change after loosing my mother to Colon Cancer.  I enrolled into culinary school and instantly became a vegetarian.  I found that pairing my knowledge of the culinary arts along with cancer preventative measures, I could create a way of eating healthy without compromising the great taste of food.  I was very fortunate to be able to travel to Italy and study wine pairing with Italian cooking.  There I learned how to incorporate an array of spices to pep up the bland taste of vegetables and alternate proteins such as tofu.  I have passed this style of living onto my now adult children my two youngest, as well as my husband.  It has been a long and interesting journey, and I have lots more to learn so I invite you to travel on this exciting journey with me!
